Tanyati Boxers is a young kennel, established in June 1999 when we bred our first litter. We have been accepted onto the KUSA Accredited Breeders Scheme (April 2009) and are very proud of this achievement. Click here to find out what this means.

We are also very proud of our results in the breed ring, having bred several Best in Specialty Show winners, Best Opposite Sex in Show winners, Breed Champions (in both KUSA and FBCSA), and Best of Breed winners. Our latest star, Ch Tanyati Xhilaration, is a multiple Best Puppy in Show (All Breeds) winner, Multiple Best in Specialty Show winner, Reserve Best in Show (All Breeds) winner and multiple Group Placement winner.

At Tanyati Boxers we aim to breed Boxers sound in both mind and body. We health test all our breeding animals and this testing includes Echo-Doppler scans of their hearts to verify that they are free of Sub-Aortic Stenosis (SAS) and Pulmonic Stenosis (PS). In addition, we X-Ray their hips so that we are aware of their hip dysplasia status. We believe that the temperament of the Boxer is of utmost importance and we only use breeding lines that are proven to produce sound temperament. As the majority of Boxer puppies are sold into pet and family homes, we take great care in matching the temperament of our puppies to the families they are to join.

The Tanyati bloodline is based on some of the top producing bloodlines in the world, with our pedigrees including great producers from the United Kingdom, Holland, Germany, Italy, America and of course South Africa.
