Shakira won Best Puppy and Best Opposite Sex in Show against more than 100 other Boxers under German Boxer specialist Mrs Karin Rezewski in November 2002 at the age of 10 months.

4-point winner and Best in Show under Boxer specialist Mrs Ute Fuglister on 23rd August 2003.
4-point winner under Boxer specialist Mr Danie Jacobs on 18th October 2003.
Shakira qualified as a Federation champion 4 days after turning 21 months, the required minimum age to qualify for 'maturity' points.
Shakira ended 2003 with a bang, being crowned Winner of Winners 2003 over several other champion Boxers.

Shakira unfortunately had to be spayed in an emergency operation due to a severe uterine infection. This was a huge blow for Tanyati as she is, without a doubt, a phenomenal producer. However, we are lucky to have 3 of her beautiful daughters resident at Tanyati and we look forward to the next generation!
